Equatorial Guinea
Last updated: 2025
Equatorial Guinea offers a unique and off-the-beaten-path travel experience with its mix of pristine beaches, volcanic landscapes, and tropical rainforests. Visitors can explore the colonial charm of Malabo, the capital on Bioko Island, as well as wildlife-rich areas like Monte Alén National Park on the mainland. Though tourism infrastructure is limited, the country’s natural beauty, biodiversity, and cultural diversity appeal to adventurous travelers seeking an unspoiled and authentic African destination.
During 2-day visit, I was able to see entire Bioko island.
