Tierra del Fuego
Last updated: 2018
Tierra del Fuego is a remote archipelago at the southern tip of South America, shared by Argentina and Chile, known for its dramatic landscapes of windswept plains, glaciers, and rugged mountains. The main island, Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, hosts the city of Ushuaia, often called the southernmost city in the world. Rich in wildlife and maritime history, the region is a gateway to Antarctic expeditions and a haven for nature lovers and adventurers.
